Do I have to get matching items in my "Collection"? TOP
No, you may mix and match the different choices, just call to place your order. Can I get a large blanket in the collection instead of a small one? TOP
Yes, we are still working to improve our site so at this time we do not have that option added, the additional cost is $15 . Please contact us to customize your collection. Thank you. Are your products washer/dryer safe? TOP
Yes, all of our products can be placed in the washer and dryer, however the blankets will stay softer and retain the "design" better if allowed to air dry. The fabric dries very quickly so your little one won't have to wait long!
Do you offer personalization? TOP
Yes, we will personalize any of our products for an additional $6.00. We have not incorporated this into our site yet so please contact us by phone to place your order.
How long before I receive my product(s)? TOP
We usually ship out orders within 3 business days after we receive the order as long as we have the item in stock. Items that are personalized will take about 1 week.
What is your return policy? TOP
We will accept any item back for exchange within 30 days of purchase in it's original condition with the tags still attached. We will replace or repair any defective items purchased within 30 days. I would like to purchase an item but it is out of stock. TOP
If you see an item is out of stock, please send us an email or call us and we can usually get it for you quickly. Do you offer customization? TOP
Yes, if you would like a particular ribbon or fabric accent you don't see on our site, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your wishes.
